I was born in Boone, NC. & I live in the rolling hills of Kentucky with my two boys, Leo (3 years old) and baby Odin.
I am a birth doula and a student of the Indie Birth Midwifery School.
My dream is to create a world where women know their power and are supported in their well-being through community and sacred sisterhood.
I believe in loving and supporting each other on the journey back to our truest, most vibrant selves through the cycles, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and menopause.
Each phase of the cycles of life, death, and rebirth calls us to heal, learn, and grow alongside our sisters.
